Elaine Ng, a veteran with almost 20 years of experience including 13 years in management roles, continues to demonstrate her dedication, passion and leadership in the early childhood care and education arena. Her portfolio includes professional experience in pre-school education as an educator (lead teacher, principal and associate trainer), consultant, Program Director, Curriculum Development and Operations Director and Senior Vice President for Enrichment & Overseas Operations for independent preschools and large preschool groups.
Elaine’s expertise in spearheading and implementing the full spectrum of Early Childhood programmes has won recognition and support from her former employers and co-workers. They included KidsEmpire, iHappyChild Learning International @ the Esplanade, The Little Skool-House International, NTUC Childcare Co-operative Ltd, KinderWorld Educare Centre, Cambridge Child Development Centre and Kinderland Educare Centre. She has accummulated an extensive track record in pioneering and managing childcare centres startup (local and overseas), developing and delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum and childcare operating systems, planning and implementing professional training and exchange programmes for local and overseas teachers.
