Lynn Heng is currently a senior lecturer at Republic Polytechnic, where she teaches Brand Management in Social Enterprises and Understanding Society. She is a graduate of the first cohort of Wheelock Master’s degrees in Singapore. In the two decades since, Lynn has gained learning and development experiences in the Early Childhood Education and Development industry, including managing child care centres, designing, implementing and monitoring toddler and preschool curricula, training and mentoring as well as leading in the development and implementation of early childhood curriculum in all NTUC First Campus centres and in the development of professional leadership. She recently joined the Circle of Care project at Care Corner, an organisation offering a wide range of programmes and services delivered through 27 social service centres located island-wide. Care Corner’s childcare centres provide high quality early education and social services to diverse communities. As a site for Wheelock Service Learning activities, Lynn works with our undergraduates to develop projects that will help nurture young learners.
